I was going to enter this in ~PaperMario-OC-Club's contest, but using Boos is against the rules. >:I Oh, well.

Name: Boo Radley (derived from the character Boo Radley's name in the book "To Kill a Mockingbird.")

Age: 280 (twenty-eight in Boo years. c: )

Personality: This elusive Boo is the shyest of the shy! He's so shy, that he's constantly hiding his face and is always blushing. He always looks worried about something... What that something is nobody knows.
He lives in an old, abandoned house in the middle of Toad Town. He refuses to leave this house unless night has fallen, since he figures all of the Toads have gone to bed by then (he's too shy to make contact with anybody).
He's a real gentleman, and slips his neighbors small gifts every once and a while. He often gets pranks played on him by the younger Toads around town. They play games that try to get him to come out of his house in the day time (they want to see if he really is real!), but they never succeed.

Moveset:
Stab- Radley pulls out his trusty scissors and stabs his opponent. He likes to stab things in the legs if they have any.

Damage- 5 FP-3

Present- Radley gives an item to the hero (which is randomly generated) that will restore HP.
(seen above is Radley with a Shroom Cake.)
FP- 4

Shy Away- Radley turns invisible. This makes both Radley and the hero insusceptible to any attacks for one turn.
FP- 1

Bite- Radley bites the opponent, obviously.
Damage- 3 FP- 2

I really like this character! :iconimhappyjrplz: Too bad I didn't look at the rules of the contest first, though... Oh,well! At least I've got a pretty cool character.
I think I did better at doing this style this time. c:
